What condition are your new release comics in?
When comics arrive to our store from a publisher, printer or distributor, we bag and board our comics in a better then industry standard, 3 mil PE Archival bag and 24 point acid free board them as they come out of the box. Covers will be as pristine as possible, with allowances for paper stock, printing errors, binding, and the handling process. dings and dents, including some spine stress are possible, but kept to a realistic minimum.
When will my order ship? USA
Orders consisting of new this week releases, arrived last week, two weeks ago, and three weeks ago will typically ship within 24 hours. Orders that containing current issues, back issues, graphic novels and or merchandise are usually ship within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). These are estimated time frames and can be affected holidays, or increased order volume. Please note that problems relating to credit card payments will delay shipping.
Do you ship to APO or FPO addresses?
Yes, shipping to APO or FPO addresses typically adds to in transit times. We recommend choosing USPS Priority Mail at check out to avoid prolonged delays.
When will my order ship? International
International Orders require special processing and additional handling and will usually ship within 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment.
What are your shipping methods?
Our shipping partner of choice is the United States Postal Service (USPS). They deliver everywhere and they accept our business packages after hours.
Free Shipping - Qualifying domestic orders $65.00 and over can be shipped free in the lower 48 states by Economy shipping, will be our choice of shipping method, We may use Fedex ground, UPS or USPS for shipping (our choice), simply select the free ECONOMY MAIL shipping option during checkout.
Free shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, US Territories and Armed Forces applies to orders composed only of comic books, graphic novels, books, magazines, and back issues that exceed $99.00.
