RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, It must also be in the original packaging.
No returns on final sale items, games, game cards, collectible trading cards - Singles, boosters or boxes, consoled, console games, electronics, or electronics games.
We require a receipt, gift receipt, proof of purchase, packing list or order date, and order number, to complete your return
There are certain situations where we can not offer a refund or only offer a partial refunds are granted, Including but not limited to; Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts, or the digital code, for comics, graphic novels, and books that have digital codes, has been used
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment
Sale items (if applicable)
Sales items will be refunded at the sales price (the price you paid) as long as it's within the return window. There are no returns on final sale items.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at pyramidcomics@embarqmail.com or sales@pyramidcomics.com to confirm we have stock

You, the customer, are responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and on items over $50 consider purchasing shipping insurance.
