What condition are your new release comics in?
Covers will be as pristine as possible, with allowances for paper stock, printing errors, binding, and the handling process. dings and dents, including some spine stress, are possible but kept to a realistic minimum.

Shipment processing time
Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours after payment, Monday through Saturday. Orders placed after 11 am est on Saturday will be processed on Tuesday (We're currently closed on Mondays).

Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Standard shipping orders are shipped US First Class/US Priority Mail  Please allow 3 to 7 business days, on average, for delivery. Actual delivery can take longer, please see https://www.usps.com/ for any delivery delays

Economy Shipping - Domestic Economy shipping, will be our choice of shipping method, We may use Fedex ground, UPS, or USPS for shipping (our choice), simply select the free ECONOMY MAIL shipping option during checkout. , Most orders are delivered within 7 to 14 business days.

Do you ship to APO or FPO addresses?

Yes, shipping to APO or FPO addresses typically adds to in-transit times. We recommend choosing USPS Priority Mail at checkout to avoid prolonged delays

Damages
Pyramid Comics is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you are concerned or feel you need insurance, please select US. Priority shipping at check out. All our US Priority Mail packages carry $100.00 of included insurance coverage against damage or loss.  If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier (USPS) directly to file a claim and notify us that you filed a claim, we will assist you with any paperwork need for your claim.  Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Lost Package
Thankfully we have never had a package lost in shipping, but Pyramid Comics is not liable for any products lost during shipping. If you are concerned or feel you need insurance, please select US. Priority shipping at check out. All our US Priority Mail packages carry $100.00 of included insurance coverage against loss.
